Vision: 'A Vibrant community in Christ'
The Catholic Neighborhood Community (CNC-400); of the "Church of St. Anthony" is
formed to be a little church in its neighborhood. It consists of all the residences
at Ashwood grove, Cedar wood grove, Pine wood grove, Oak wood grove, along Woodgrove
Ave, Wood grove Dr, Casablanca, Rose wood and the HDB blocks of 400 series along
woodlands street 41.
With a desire to be one in Christ, and enjoy the tranquility of being in the kingdom
of God, a monthly gathering at the neighborhood homes; participating and organizing
various activities in & out of church is the life style of CNC-400.
We come together every month whole heartedly, to recite rosary; to listen and share
God’s word; to taste home cooked food and the togetherness of the young and old
in every fellowship gathering is a memorable event.
Our goal is to be a 'Vibrant community in Christ'. We believe that, opening house
for fellowship gathering brings blessing to the family and the same blessing is
shared among all those who gather there for the fellowship.
Moral support through prayers and visits made at the time of distress and Joy; is
the bonding factor of CNC400. Eucharistic celebration is occasionally held at homes
and the coziness of the celebration is shared with intimacy. To be present and attend
each fellowship gathering is really experienced than more said.
If you are residing at the above mentioned area, it is good to realize that you
belong to CNC-400 and that you are privileged to join this little church to build
a closer relationship with God the father and also with your neighbors.
Our fellowship gatherings are held informal and a light-refreshment is served at
the courtesy of the host. There could be gathering at special occasion with a spread
of 'Potluck', where the gifts and skills from the 'home-kitchen' are revealed and
appreciated by one another.
