Reflections on the role of Lector’s Ministry at the Saint Anthony’s:

	We are the salt and light of the world, His kingdom builders!
	‘The Word’ reigns in our hearts, as He does with the prophets.
	We desire to love the Word, so that our lives meet His ways.

	We are the Messengers of the Lord! To carry the living word,
	To love, to share, to serve and to surrender with a humble heart.
	We proclaim the Word of God! To make Christ’s presence real,
	To nourish, to touch, to transform, with the power of His Spirit.
	Praying faithfully for the salvation of the world and the church.
	His ministers, we keep the Word in our heart and on our lips,
	We are called to quench the thirst for ‘The Word’ in this world,
	Proclaiming worthily the story of His love, by living faith.
